Terms and Conditions
The rules governing creator, subscriber, and visitor use of Artistan.
Platform role
Artistan is a creator membership platform operated by Artistan. Creators use Artistan to publish digital content, describe membership benefits, sell digital products, and receive supporter payments after Artistan review.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and be legally able to use the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Memberships and billing
Creators provide their own digital content and benefits. Membership price, currency, billing period, renewal status, and included benefits are shown before checkout. Access begins only after Artistan receives verified successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
Payments and fees
Payments are processed by Safepay or another approved third-party payment provider. Artistan may charge creators a platform fee and may record payment gateway charges in the creator ledger. Redirect pages or query parameters are not proof of payment.
Creator responsibilities
Creators remain responsible for their content, promises, legal permissions, tax records, payout information, and compliance with the Creator Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
Disputes, cancellation, and refunds
Cancellations, refund requests, undelivered access, duplicate charges, and disputes are handled under the published Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Suspension and termination
Artistan may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, creator monetization, content, payouts, or access when required to protect users, investigate risk, comply with law, or enforce platform and payment-provider rules.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts or forums located in Lahore, Punjab will handle disputes unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
