Terms and Conditions
The rules governing creator, subscriber, and visitor use of Artistan.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Memberships and billing
Membership price, benefits, and billing period are shown before checkout. Access begins only after successful payment confirmation. A payment still in progress does not activate membership.
Creator responsibilities
Creators must own or have permission to publish their content, describe benefits accurately, fulfil purchased services, provide valid payout information, and comply with applicable laws and payment-provider rules.
Acceptable use
You may not commit fraud, impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, bypass paid access, attack the service, or use Artistan to facilitate prohibited transactions.
Content and availability
Creators retain ownership of their content and grant Artistan the permissions needed to host and deliver it. We may restrict content or accounts to protect users, comply with law, or maintain platform integrity.
Liability and changes
Services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or external-provider failures. To the extent permitted by law, Artistan is not responsible for indirect losses or creator promises outside the platform record.
