Shipping and Service Delivery Policy
All Artistan products are digitally delivered; Artistan does not ship physical goods.
Digital delivery
After the payment provider confirms a successful transaction, the applicable membership and digital content access are activated on the subscriber account.
Delivery timing
Access is normally activated promptly after payment confirmation. Bank, wallet, Raast, card, or security reviews may occasionally extend processing time.
How to access a purchase
Sign in with the account used at checkout and open the supported creator's page or your subscriber dashboard. Access is tied to that account and must not be shared.
Delivery problems
If payment was deducted but access is not visible, contact support@artistan.com.pk with the transaction reference. Do not submit repeated payments while a transaction is pending.
Creator fulfilment
Creators are responsible for publishing the benefits described in their membership tiers. Artistan provides the platform, payment record, access controls, and support process.
