Cancellation Policy
How members can stop future renewals while keeping clear access records.
How to cancel
Sign in, open your memberships dashboard, choose the active membership, and select cancel renewal. If cancellation does not work, contact azanahmed376@gmail.com with your account email and membership details.
Access after cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewal. Unless a refund or reversal requires earlier access removal, paid membership access normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and the payment provider's process.
Failed or pending payments
Pending, failed, reversed, disputed, or unverified payments do not create continuing membership access. Do not submit repeated payments while a checkout is pending unless Artistan support asks you to retry.
