Copyright and Takedown Policy
How Artistan handles ownership concerns and takedown requests.
Creator responsibility
Creators must upload only content they own, created, licensed, or are otherwise allowed to publish and monetize. Artistan may request proof of rights before or after monetization approval.
Takedown requests
Send copyright concerns to azanahmed376@gmail.com with your name, contact details, the copyrighted work, the Artistan URL, a good-faith statement, and enough information for us to review the claim.
Review process
Artistan may remove or restrict content while reviewing a claim. We may contact the creator, request additional proof, preserve payment/access records, and take action against repeated infringement.
Counter-notices
If a creator believes content was removed by mistake, they may contact Artistan with supporting evidence. Artistan may require additional verification before restoring content.
