Purpose

Artistan is for creator memberships, digital products, and controlled delivery of creator content. It is not a general-purpose file-hosting, anonymous storage, or high-risk payments platform.

Prohibited activity

• Illegal goods or services
• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive fundraising, or misleading payment requests
• Stolen content, copyright infringement, pirated software, or circumvention tools
• Adult sexual content, exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual material
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance
• Drugs, controlled substances, weapons, or instructions to evade law enforcement
• Extremist activity, hate, harassment, or threats
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, or cyber abuse
• Unauthorized financial services, money transmission, investment schemes, or lending
• Cyberlocker, anonymous file-sharing, or general-purpose file-hosting activity
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law, Artistan policy, or the payment provider

Enforcement

Artistan may remove content, disable checkout, suspend accounts, hold payouts, preserve records, or report activity when needed to enforce this policy or comply with law and payment-provider requirements.
